To provide a more convenient gaming environment for our players, the ToP team has decided to bring the Server Data-sharing Project to Phantom&Aurora Sea and Sacred Sea in the Mystic Ocean region.


What does Server Data-sharing mean?
The Server Data-Sharing Project aims to improve the gaming environment for players, increase the number of server users, and enhance communication in the TOP community. After the server Data-sharing is complete, the server names players are used to will remain unchanged, and players will be able to enter their original server, but now they will be able to play with players from other servers.  Read on for more detailed info:

Server Data-Sharing Rules:

1. About Characters and Property
Player's character levels, stats, skills and abilities will be kept. But if one player's account has a total of more than 3 characters in the designated servers, the server system will automatically select the top 3 characters on the basis of level order during the operation. If there are more than 3 characters of the same level, the EXP of the characters will be taken as the standard to keep the character or not. (Please transfer your property to the character you intend to keep).
 

2. About the character names
After operation, there will be a suffix of  " + " appear on the characters' name of the Sacred Sea players' and the character name of the Phantom&Aurora Sea players' will remain unchanged.
 

3.About Crystals and Credits in players' account
Players' crystals and credits will be kept, and any remaining reputation will be exchanged for credits automatically.
 

4. About Friend list
Due to the renaming of some characters , original character's friend list will be cleared once the operation is complete. (Before the operation, please make sure you save your friends' contact details)
 

5.About Guild Structure
As for the equity of guild principle, the Phantom&Aurora Sea and Sacred Sea will disband the original guilds when it is launched. Applications for the new guild will be subject to the Tales of Pirates in-game principle.


6.About the Pirates Club
The Pirate Club data for Phantom&Aurora Sea and Sacred Sea will be cleared during the maintenance,so players should keep a record of their data before the operation,and then create a new Pirate Club after the maintenance. (Note: Each Pirate Club name and its Captain's name must be the same as the ones used before the operation.)The officials will also record all the Pirate Club data for Sacred Sea before the operation, but to ensure a smooth transition, keeping your own records is recommended.

7.About abnormal character info
Character Datarmation will be saved during the scheduled maintenance before server Data-sharing release. If there is any character data errors that occur for that reason, players can apply for a character data query within 30 days after the Server Data-sharing. After 30 days, the data will disappear and we will not be responsible for the case. Thanks.
