Thankfully, every so often merchants resign themselves to the riches that can be had in dealing with loots and opens a Black Market. Recently, an entrepreneur known only as the Black Market Merchant has been lurking in the darkest corners of the pirate world, trading in forbidden merchandise. Word has spread quickly and now this enterprising merchant will be conducting business from 3 different locations, selling pirated goods at big discounts.

Find the Black Market Merchant and get your liberated goods off before he disappears back into the shadows and you're stuck sinking a fortune in booty down into Davey Jones locker.

Event Location
The Black Market Merchant will only announce his location during the event to avoid detection from the Royal Marines. Watch out for in-game announcements about his location.

Event Rules

1. At the start of the event, the Black Market Merchant will announce the first location where he will setup his stall. He will remain there until all his goods have been sold. Then he will move to the next location. He will be setting up stalls at 3 different locations in turn.
